What to do in case of a connection problem with your ENT Tours?

If you are a student, in case of connection difficulties, return to the homepage. Look for the student connection assistance section. Click on “click here, contained in the statement “if you have forgotten or lost your password, click here.” By carefully following these steps, you will be directed to a page asking you to enter your email address. This is the one you received during your university registration. You will receive a link in your email inbox. Click on it to reset your password.
If you are not a student but a staff member, go instead to the university staff assistance section. You will see the statement, “if you have forgotten or lost your password, click here.” Click on “click here”. You will then be redirected to the page that will allow you to follow the procedure to reset your password.
